This Chelsea townhouse on five floors was fully refurbished against tight time constraints. Traditional Georgian paint colours were chosen for the corridors and landings to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the reception rooms we used dramatic lighting effects to create pools of light and highlight the bolder paint colours and key features of the rooms. The bedrooms on the top two floors were decorated in a lighter colour palette, using fresh green wallpapers, patterned fabrics and white bed linen. Statement sculptures and paintings punctuate the spaces, while books line many of the walls adding their own sense of familiarity, character and comfort.
